What is a Flower CSA?
The letters ‘CSA’ stand for Community Supported Agriculture.
When you join our Flower CSA, you become the community that is supporting our flower farm (the agriculture part)
Brook and Blossom’s Flower CSA is a bouquet subscription. By signing up, you receive a weekly bouquet of beautiful flowers grown right on our flower farm in Pomfret, Vermont (just outside of Woodstock, Vermont).
By purchasing a CSA ‘share’ early in the year, CSA members provide Brook and Blossom with funds that we then use to invest into our farm before we are able to sell actual flowers.
We use the money from our CSA to purchase things like local compost, dahlia tubers, seeds, soil to start seeds, bouquet-wrapping materials, supplies for our irrigation system and more.
We want nothing more than to share beautiful, sustainably grown flowers with our community. By supporting us early, you get dibs on our locally grown flowers and you help us do what we love.
Benefits of a Flower CSA
It's easy peasy - once you sign up, you are guaranteed a beautiful bouquet week after week for the duration of your CSA. Pop into the pick up location of your choice, grab your bouquet (and maybe a coffee, chocolate bar or bottle of wine…) and enjoy your lovely blooms.
A Flower CSA will make you feel:
Loved
Cared for
Happy
Bubbly
Special
Connected to nature
Grounded with the seasons
We offer a variety of Flower CSAs ranging in length from 5 to 22 weeks. From the first blooms in spring, to the final fall flowers, we think there is a flower share for everyone.
We are doubling down and growing LOTS more of your favorite (and totally beautiful) blooms this year.
That includes:
More tulips
More ranunculus
More zinnias and sunflowers
More lisianthus
More dahlias
I am really excited and know that this season's CSA bouquets are going to be the best ones yet!
Thanks so much for following along and being an amazing part of Brook and Blossom. Flowers truly are incredible, and we are so happy to grow them for you ❤️
