Pick up: Our home at Brook and Blossom, Saturday, May 10th or Sunday, May 11th between 8am - 5pm.
Delivery: Deliveries will take place in the afternoon on Mother’s Day- Sunday, May 11th. We deliver to Woodstock, Pomfret, Barnard & Quechee. All deliveries are $20.
Address for pick up: 3136 Pomfret Road, South Pomfret Vermont (1 mile North of Teago General Store - our farm is our home and pickup will be at our house which is yellow with a red door) I will also email you reminders and directions prior to Mother’s Day weekend!
