$60.00
Sold Out

Who: Anyone who wants to step away from the business of the outside world and join us for a morning of sweet movement and beautiful flowers. Limited to 10 participants.

What: Two hours of self care on Brook and Blossom Flower Farm. We will begin with an hour of yoga lead by the wonderful Kelley Boymer, then transition to a tour of Brook and Blossom and an invitation to cut flowers and build your own bouquet.

About the yoga session: Kelley Boymer will lead this yoga flow which is suitable for beginner and intermediate participants. The Flow will include opportunity for strengthening, heat-building, stretching and stillness. A movement practice that will give every part of the body some love and attention leaving you feeling strong, sweaty and empowered as well as calm and nourished. We will close the class with 5 minutes of journaling and 10 minutes of savasana or final meditative resting pose. Modifications will be provided to make the class accessible to most!

Where: Brook and Blossom Farm in South Pomfret, Vermont. Please note that this is a working flower farm. Our fields are beautiful, to be sure, but the terrain is uneven, there may be a few bugs (natural insect repellent provided), and will be signs of a well-loved working farm.

Why: Because you deserve it! Let’s move together, stop to smell the flowers, and then create something beautiful. We can’t wait!

Rain Date/ Weather: In case of a rainy forecast, we will reschedule from Saturday 8am-10am to Sunday 8am-10am. If both Saturday and Sunday are canceled due to weather, we will refund you in full.
